1. Agreement to Terms

By registering, accessing, downloading, or using the Cablocab platform (including the mobile application, website, and associated services operated by Cablocab), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

2. User Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register an independent account and book rides.
• You agree to provide true, current, and accurate mobile phone and profile details during registration.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account OTPs and in-app credentials.

3. Driver Partner Terms & Verification

Drivers operating on Cablocab act as independent contractors and must maintain a valid commercial Driving License, commercial vehicle registration (Yellow Plate / Commercial Permit), active motor vehicle third-party insurance, and fitness certificate. The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate driver access if documents expire or safety standards are violated.

4. Fares, Charges & Payment Gateway (Razorpay)

• Transparent Estimates: Ride fare estimates displayed before booking are based on base distance, estimated trip duration, and selected vehicle class.
• Tolls & Parking: State entry taxes, highway toll charges, and airport parking fees are borne by the passenger and added to the final trip invoice.
• Electronic Payments: Online transactions are securely processed via Razorpay. Users may pay via UPI, NetBanking, Credit/Debit cards, or in-app wallet balance.
• Driver Subscription Fees: Driver subscription fees are non-refundable once activated and utilized for booking dispatch.

5. User Conduct & Safety

Riders and drivers must treat each other with dignity and mutual respect. Smoking, intoxication, verbal harassment, or carrying unlawful substances inside vehicles is strictly prohibited and grounds for permanent ban and legal escalation.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cablocab functions as an electronic intermediary connecting passengers with independent commercial vehicle operators. While we exercise stringent KYC audits, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delays due to traffic conditions, weather extremes, or mechanical breakdowns.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurugram / New Delhi, India.
